I'm Dave Oligee, I grew up watching my father renovate single-family homes and restaurants — specifically Bob Evans restaurants in Florida and Cincinnati, Ohio. My dad was an operations manager, but in reality he was the hard ass on the job site. Mr. Attention-to-Detail. When construction workers knew my dad was coming on site, they would joke and say, “Everyone put your hard hats on!” I didn't know what that meant back then, but I do now. My dad had an unrelenting standard for excellence in construction, and he didn't care who he upset on the job site to get things right.

For better or worse, this was all ingrained in me. I like to think I have a softer touch than my dad — my wife disagrees. Regardless, I now renovate homes for new families to live in, making sure every detail is up to par. To me, this is a very personal business. From buying from sellers who have a lifetime of memories in a home, to handing a property over to a new family that needs everything working properly, I take it all seriously. I'm not just laying down gray laminate floors and painting things. My team captures the unique charm every property has — we are not a fan of cookie-cutter homes.
